Is This Fair?

One of the rules at this school is that all shirts must have sleeves. That rule is completely pointless and dumb. I mean like if you wear tank tops its not like a guy/girl is going to be like "Dang look at that arm!" Like that's just dumb. That rule should be removed forever. Tank tops are shirts just like short sleeves and long sleeves. Tank tops are just have less covering on your arms and all your showing is your arms.
